• Because our products are designed for durability, we believe in maximizing their usable life—it simply doesn’t make sense to discard them after a style update. That’s why we partnered with the British Heart Foundation to introduce an in-store donation program, ensuring preloved items find a new home and purpose.
• Bring a full carrier or similar-sized bag of your preloved clothing* (whether they’re Brook Taverner or not) to us in-store, and for each bag you bring in, we’ll not only donate it to the British Heart Foundation, you’ll also get 5 points on your account (worth £5) to spend on future purchases.
• Bags are accepted and points are given at the Store Manager's discretion. 
• *Please note that we can only accept clean, undamaged, clothing items only.
